About Black Bolt and White Flare
Black Bolt (黑雷奔流) and White Flare (白焰迸涌) are the Simplified Chinese editions of the Japanese SV11B and SV11W sets, built around the Pokémon of Unova. Black Bolt is led by Zekrom ex, with Serperior ex, Kyurem ex, Meloetta ex, Excadrill ex and Genesect ex; White Flare is led by Reshiram ex, with Whimsicott ex, Keldeo ex and Hydreigon ex. The headline chase cards are the monochrome Black White Rares, Zekrom ex 174/086 BWR and Reshiram ex 174/086 BWR, plus two Special Illustration Rares with artwork exclusive to the Simplified Chinese release: N's Plan 173/086 SAR (Black Bolt) and Hilda 173/086 SAR (White Flare). Cards vary by pack.
