Destined Rivals is the tenth main expansion of the Scarlet & Violet series, released on 30 May 2025. Team Rocket returns with Team Rocket's Pokémon such as Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex, Moltres ex and Nidoking ex, facing Trainer's Pokémon including Cynthia's Garchomp ex and Ethan's Ho-Oh ex. The set has 182 main-set cards plus secret rares (244 in total). Headline chase cards include the Special Illustration Rares Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex (231/182), Cynthia's Garchomp ex (232/182) and Ethan's Ho-Oh ex (230/182), and the gold Hyper Rare Team Rocket's Mewtwo ex (240/182).
